> **Pros**: La herramienta es muy completa, siempre encuentras una solución a cada uno de los problemas que te van surgiendo y está muy viva,  ya que se mantiene en continuo desarrollo tomando como base las experiencias de los usuarios. 
El uso para el usuario final es muy intuitivo y sencillo. 
A nivel gestor o administrador, te ofrece mucha información y diferentes formas de verla y trabajarla. El hecho de poder descargar todo en excel te da muchas posibilidades en la gestión de todos los datos que obtienes.

> **Cons**: La parametrización de la herramienta tiene su complejidad. La diversidad de funciones que tiene exige dedicar tiempo a su conocimiento si la quieres explotar en su totalidad.  No obstante, el apoyo técnico de las PERSONAS que hay tras la herramienta es excelente.

> En mi empresa el uso de PGPlanning sido un antes y un después. En nuestro caso, la gestión del calendario es un elemento clave en la gestión de las personas, por lo que hemos conseguido mejorar el proceso y digitalizar toda la gestión. 
En mi experiencia, lo más destacable de la herramienta es el apoyo que recibes del equipo de personas que te resuelven dudas, te ayudan con la parametrización y te dan mucha luz sobre mejoras a implantar en tus cuadrantes.
