I came across ProBooking and started with the Free Trial and I was very impressed with the software’s customization of your booking page, the unlimited Appointment types (each customizable with descriptions and time durations - and even images\!), the SMS and Email reminder (fully customizable of course), the calendar integrations and payment integrations, and how easy it was to transition from Calendly to ProBooking. Even setting up my own custom domain for my booking page was seamlessly effortless. This allows you to set up notifications in the channels you frequent the most and to automate other processes. I think Probooking has the ambition, but currently lacks the polish and refinement. > > **Cons**: The biggest drawback for me is the lack of polish. I have used and evaluated many tools in this space and they all feel more refined. I still struggle to justify using Probooking as my main tool for bookings as I just feel there are certain features that fall short due to oversight.
