-Easy to use (the recorder is great)
-It supports VBscript and Python\!\!
-It is one of the best framework for desktop app, it will make you save lot of time and headache
-Key features and data driven features works fine (I prefer Gherkin language)

The load Testing requires external (cloud) licenses (example BITBAR) . additional cost involved 3.The cost of TestComplete is higher and so that we also considered open-source tools like Selenium.
