You have the ability to break each chatbot down into modules, and trigger tasks across modules, send data between functions, and much more. If you want something simple, you still have to deal with an interface designed for more complex tasks. Not every field is well-described, and it isn't immediately apparent what kind of data goes in each field. Google Sheets integration, while powerful, takes a little trial and error to get right.
