Pros

The Support is Top notch! The service to help bring Alvaria new features and improvements to our LMS has greatly improved with the management change. That has been amazing....[sensitive content hidden] have been wonderful additions to the team.

Cons

Example 1 : Being able to enroll groups in a class or a folder of classes or a LP but not not all being mandatory. Example 2: more clicks of standard buttons vs custom jobs/procedures. Just like the Export function on the new dashboard.... more buttons less customization.

Our experience with Seertech Learning has been a positive one. We went from a 70% completion rate to 100% for our Corporate Compliance Program. It has made assigning and self-enrollment easy for the Lines of Business within our organization to roll out their training. As well as provide them easy access to reports in order to show the success of their training initiatives. Their support team has been great to work with, and always available when there is a critical issue to be addressed.

Pros

Seertech Learning was easy for us to use and administer our courses, assessments, and learning paths. It also provides a very flexible way to create different roles for access to the LMS.

Cons

It would be great if Seertech Learning had different options available to select for the look and feel of the application to the Learner. The out of the box solution is not modern and needs customizing by designers in order to fit in with today's marketing appeal.

The Seertech LMS/LEP is a comprehensive enterprise-scale learning platform that's capable of meeting all of our business requirements. But the customer service that Seertech provides makes it seem like a dedicated, personalized account team that's ready and willing to partner with us. As a lifetime LMS platform admin/owner I've worked with several other LMS vendors in the past and every single day I'm thankful that my company decided to implement Seertech.

Pros

The Seertech LMS checks all the boxes for what an enterprise-level LMS should be. Integrations across our entire ecosystem were easy to configure and optimize. Content build and lifecycle management is easy to control and federate from a centralized operations perspective. User segmenting, communication, and other bells and whistles and endlessly configurable and effective. The learner portal UX is super streamlined and easy to navigate, not to mention easy to update from an admin perspective. As our global enablement program has grown, Seertech has had no problem keeping up with enhancement requests and product additions. We've constantly been able to adopt and implement the wide assortment of existing platform features as opposed to onboarding a new vendor to meet a specific business requirement. And most importantly, their attention to customer service and responsiveness is unmatched. Seertech is a true partner - not just a vendor.

Cons

There are some features and functionality that are somewhat difficult to figure out and implement/adopt. The product documentation is lacking, and the interface can seem outdated at times. But the Seertech team has made strides on updating the admin experience and increasing product documentation options in the Help Center.

Learning Management System Review

Pros

Looking for alternatives, there are several things I've been unable to find. We can't locate a system that actually tracks usage and reservations of instructors, rooms and equipment so that you can't double book. We also haven't found a system that easily does all types of training - Self Paced, Video, Virtual Instructor led scheduled training, and Classroom deliveries. They say they do, but when you drill down they use a 2nd vendor that is an additional fee and a huge addition of complexity. One non PC thing would be the staff. One of the other items that was huge for me is they are english as a first language and their support is as well. Being trained by a non native speaker is difficult and some companies no longer offer that or support. We also maintain calls with them to insure our proficiency and growth. They don't hand off after install / configuration and then you never speak to them again. They work with you to help solve problems as they come up and more importantly work as a Partner to move into the future. They probably get tired of our questions but they never ever show it. They have a great team.

Cons

Reporting was a bit clunky but the dashboards and the ability to reach out with reporting questions solves that pretty well.
