> **Pros**: What we really like about this software is its usability, user frinedly and is is integrated with Slack, our non-offical  communication channel.

> We have been using it for one and a half months and it is been amazing so far, it really solved us the leaves management, people working remotely can use it without any problem and also the dashboard is easy to see. what was our main problem was after someone within the office took some vacations days did not know then how many days he/she has left (we were using Semesterlistan, a Swedish company)

> **Cons**: Limited functionality. Employees can either take off full days or half days, they cannot designate exact hours. No accrual tracking based upon hours worked. No option for a custom message for employees to read and agree to and no option for employees to designate a cover person.

> I wish it had more options for customizing messages to users when submitting leave. It is easy for users to submit and cancel leave. It is limited on intuitiveness for time accrual.

We wanted something simple where the team could record their time off in one place, and the Core plan has been really valuable\!  Best part, it is so easy to use, I didn't have to train anyone on how to use it.

> **Cons**: I think it would be great to be able to turn off email notifications for leaves set to auto-approve.

> Very good.  I set everything up as I thought it should be, and scheduled a follow up meeting with the software support team to make sure I did everything right and to go over any questions.  They were really great to work with.  I am really impressed with how easy it was to set up and for users to use.
