Moreover, the tool also provide self paced  indivvidyal development plan to address areas  for  improvement of the employee.

> **Cons**: It's an hour and 15 minutes test which seems to be a bit long

> over-all experience is very good.  I  like the support I got from the Mettl Technical Team during the setting up as they were able to guide me and adjust based on our needs.
