> **Pros**: It is easy enough to use to get an entry level employee up to speed and able to do repetitive order entries, etc without large amounts of training.  They have been very responsive to integration requests for new partners and new emerging technologies

> **Cons**: The only complaint I would have, is the inability to select fields when doing an export to excel.  That feature would be amazing.

> Terrific.  You can manage your own server, work off the cloud.  The sales, development and tech support teams are all very responsive, polite and knowledgeable of their product.  I have looked at every platform.  For security, data privacy and customer support, I really don't know that a small/mid-size freight brokerage or trucking company can get a better bang for your buck.  They do not force bundled options onto you, and the ala cart addons are not cost prohibitive

> **Pros**: The ease of training and setting up. Easy to build rate confirmations and BOL's. Everything was so simple and flowed from one process to the next with ease. 
Very little training needed to get staff up and fully trained. Great software to start and grow a great book of business.

> **Cons**: The customer service was slow about taking action when the software went down. The software could go down and be down for hours at a time. The lack of people that are in charge of keeping this network up in running is very few. If systems would go down and the main person would be out you could be with out your must critical part of your business.

> Overall the ease of setting up and training new employess on Dr. Dispatch was the best part. System was simple to use and easy to implement into day to day activities. Overall it is a solid system to start with and grow your freight broker business. The new cloud based software can be accessed from anywhere you have a computer with a internet connection.
