I have a lot of options > > **Cons**: There are a few things: 1) It can be a little buggy and the system needs to be reset (and if someone isn't inside it can be challenging). if the system shuts down and we don't know, we can miss packages etc and its pretty disruptive 2) I do think there is some bias in the face recognition software. In my experience, I think the system may have been built mostly with white male faces as the system has a harder time scanning/approving women and people of color. 3) Sometimes when a package buzzes in, my phone app glitches and I can't open it.
