> Many companies, like us, operate in multiple markets and multiple countries, which makes it difficult from a corporate perspective to compare investment opportunities across those markets. Finding AppO eliminated the issue entirely, presenting us with detailed comparisons of relative business value for each of the potential investments even though the differing markets required differing approaches to measuring value.

> **Pros**: The ability to develop multiple strategies and plans and understand the relative value of each plan to the business. You talk about having a plan B, we have plans C and D as well, each potentially triggered at by pre-specified project status conditions.

> **Cons**: Pairwise comparison can be onerous for an executive. We set the upper level priorities at an executive level and our production managers and construction advisers to populate the rest.
> 
> We needed to make a critical decision about creating further production capacity. Were we going to outsource, build from scratch, acquire pre-built and fit-out? When we laid out the basis of the decision we found we had over 100 selection criteria many of which were intangible. AppO made light work of the problem and we were even able to identify a series of fall-back strategies on project options.
