> **Pros**: Since I've been using this for my clients I've been able to send in depth plans with videos to help them with their recovery. 

Any trainer or therapist will tell you the hardest thing is to have clients remember to do their tasks and most importantly, to do them effectively at home. The videos provided with this software solve that problem, while sparing me the hassle of having to record hundreds of videos in the gym.

> **Cons**: The only downside I have is that it can occasionally be difficult to find the specific exercise I am looking for, or it may not have it.

But all in all that is less than 10% of the time.

I like the reward program to see who is committed to doing their home work.

Most of all I love altering the program after each session without having to redo the whole program.

My patients love the videos to see how the exercises need to be done properly.  They can rank their pain and intensity of the exercise, which helps me a lot in prescribing the upgrade on the new program.

> **Pros**: The pictures are clear.  I like the ability to organize the ex's from first to last. I like the option to print OR email the exercises to the patient.
