Even though sometimes i found their settings is complicated when in fact, it could be lot of easier.

Their response is became slower, and the chat is automatically disconnected after 30 minutes (?) and we are forced to continue the conversation via email. such a big hassle for me. Also we cant find our previous conversations in the chat box like before. Now we can only search in email?? by reading our conversation from the bottom to the top??? soooo annoying\!
