> **Pros**: Project information can be uploaded and retrieved directly from our project managers to the database, providing up-to-date project information at all times. The high flexibility with regard to field expandability should also be mentioned.

> **Cons**: The software must be used regularly to keep the handling familiar. However, this is generally the case for special applications, so that this can not really be considered a disadvantage.

> Since 2004 we trust the project and project portfolio management know-how of next level consulting. As for the software support, we have been using the project portfolio management solution since 2004, and in 2014, after evaluating other applications, we switched to the database-based next portfolio. next portfolio perfectly supports our requirements for project portfolio management.
