> **Pros**: We implemented the use of PeerKonnect during the period of remote learning due to Covid and were so pleased with the outcome that we have continued to use it as a resource on campus.  PeerKonnect has helped learners be able to search for tutors by subject, profile and availability and allows them to directly book appointments online via Zoom or any videoconference link or in-person at our campus.   It has streamlined the pairing process and has opened accessibility for our learners and tutors.  The tech support team is extremely reliable and helpful when any initial onboarding questions or challenges came up, as well as in our transition from exclusively online to both online and in person tutoring.

> **Cons**: We struggled a little with implementing PeerKonnect as it was difficult to get the entire student body trained and onboarded.  The application is highly user friendly, so students were easily able to walk through the registration and profile creation process. However, it has taken time to get all students to use it.  Also, we struggled with linking the videoconferencing to PeerKonnect due to limitations from our school's security walls.  We were able to find work arounds with the help of PeerKonnect's tech team.

> PeerKonnect is an excellent tool for any high school peer tutoring program.  It does a great job of connecting learners with tutors and gives students the autonomy to set up appointments that meet their scheduling needs.  As administrators, we have been pleased to track the tutoring progress of our program through PeerKonnect as it logs all hours booked- for in person or online session.  Additionally it gives us valuable data on what is being tutored, by whom and when.  We hope to continue utilizing this fantastic scheduling platform for our tutoring program.

> **Pros**: I feel as though everything I like most about the software, it's ease of use, functionality, etc., derives from it's most critical feature: Support. The level of support available is unlike most other software I've used before. The response time is rapid, I get a call, email, or offer of a Zoom within a day and the response to feedback is mature and measured. Fantastic all around.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything I dislike about the software. My suggestions for improvement are taken with open ears and several have been implemented over the past three years.
> 
> We use PeerKonnect to operate our tutoring program on campus. It allows students experienced in particular subjects to offer themselves as no-cost tutors to their peers. It has expanded our ability to reach students struggling academically and allowed us to deepen a sense of community on campus.
