This will be nice, but Crove has come such a long way with its UI and overall branding, that I don't mind people knowing we use it. It's polished. This is one of those apps that make your company and team look better, and positively influence client's perception and experience, for using it.Support is responsive, prompt, friendly.If you don't want to get complicated, it's easy to use their software as a beginner.Embeds work flawlessly, and are wonderfully-responsive to device sizes. You can whip up your own iFrame if you choose to, and it still embeds beautifully within that.The access variables and options are clear and easy to control.Probably a lot more I could add, but these are my main points. > > **Cons**: Everything that I had issues with in their past V1 (I was an early adopter/user), has been fixed in their current V2, so I can't think of anything.That's rare\! Instead of having editable text boxes throughout a PDF, for example, where you have to click through each section and hope that you don't miss anything, Crove has a form builder where you can simply answer each question one by one and it'll pre-fill the document. That's going to drive efficiency massively. I haven't tested the integration with Zapier, but I imagine if there's a feed in and out of this data, that you could pre-fill / export the data to drive even more efficiency elsewhere. Would be nice for more integrations than Zapier only (custom webhooks and API is available, though, if you're tech savvy enough to figure that out on your own). > > **Cons**: There was a bit of a learning curve (I had to go through the help section to figure out some of the features), and it seems geared toward people who are already familiar with coding. It was also sometimes difficult to navigate between features; I couldn't figure out how to get out of the variables editor on the right to go back to the list of vairables. I wish I could edit the original Word document from inside the editor as well; instead, I'm left only able to insert my own new features. For instance, I uploaded a form that already had boxes in it to be filled - Crove allows me to insert text within its own boxes, but the sizing was different and it was too much of a manual process to try and get the box sizes to align. I wish I could just highlight pre-existing boxes and make that the editable field or something. I also found when I accidentally inserted a table that I had no idea how to delete the table. > > Overall, I'm happy with my use of Crove. If you're familiar with similar tools, the learning curve might not be as steep for you, but for me I found it sometimes difficult and too full of technical jargon.
