> **Pros**: Great, simple platform for administering the PCOMS measures. Clients like how easy it is to use. Lastly, MyOutcomes is very devoted to helping graduate students (be sure to reach out to the support team). All of my interactions with the company have been excellent.

First, I wish you could access individual item scores through the app. While you can see the total ORS and SRS score, you cannot see how they scored each item if you go into the website, download a spreadsheet, and look it up. That is kind of a pain.
