I had a lot of assistance learning how to use the system, which I appreciated.

> **Cons**: The downside to having a lot of customizations and options is that it can be difficult to learn how to do everything possible with the system. I get a lot of help setting up portal layouts, but there is a learning curve in figuring it out.
