> **Pros**: The product is easy to use and very useful for our sites.  We are not fully in production yet but where we are the data from ioTORQ is impactful.

> **Cons**: What I like least is some of the naming conventions of our sites meters.  But they can be changed.
> 
> We are automating main utility meter readings at a 5 minute resolution and in some cases we have sub-metered.   We are bringing in net production values as well as automating Global Procurement process for Standards charges.  Feeding data to our core system to keep Global team whole.  This is the first system we have used and so far it has been great.  The Panevo team is awesome to work with.
