> **Cons**: Lack of understanding of our industry lead to over customization without fully understanding the downstream effects. Nuvolo provides good support, but this system needs several in-house support personnel who fully understand the product to manage/maintain/update constantly.

> On the US side, Nuvolo support is very responsive and the communication is great.  Unfortunately, our cases are usually assigned to employees who are overseas and the language issue can be very frustrating and time-consuming.

> Es muy recomendable para todos los departamentos que requieran de una mano con la organización, proyección y creación de ordenes (no solo preventivas, incluso se puede manejar para las correctivas), para la gestión de áreas y no solo la usas en la computadora. Por lo que es muy buena de usar y obtener.
