It is also easy to create templates for specific needs (such as referral bonuses or 'how-to' guides) so that you aren't re-typing the same emails and wasting time. It has been very easy to train new employees in it's use, which was a big plus. We spent an enormous amount of time trying to get it to work in the first place (much longer than anticipated for what we thought would be on par for an upgrade) and now after going live we were disappointed with the number of issues we have experienced.
