The system has saved us from multiple spreadsheets, phone calls and emails, it's a one stop shop all in one system. The training, support and customer experience has been amazing.
Pros
Ease of use for both user and contractor. Easy to communicate with user once jobs are logged and also easy to communicate with contractor to get an up to date picture of where things are at. It's such an intuitive system, it gives us everything we need in an FM system.
Cons
Would love it to eventually integrate with our accounts system, but I'm sure that's in time to come.

The FMClarity software has allowed us to establish a single source of truth for the property portfolio. the system being available for multiple divisions of the organisation has reduced the duplications of spreadsheets and allowed staff real time access to information.
