The ease of creating templates as well as the extended styling means the developers and create exception customer experiences. > > **Cons**: The ability to duplicate templates at the moment is not as straight forward as it could be but this is being address in the product roadmap. > > Transformd has really helped to automate and straight through process, a number of bottleneck challenges we have with paper-based or PDF-based forms. The amount of time that teams spend in going back to clients to ask for further information is both time consuming for the business but it also a terrible experience for the customer.
