> **Pros**: The initial setup was surprisingly easy and their customer support is responsive, friendly and thorough. This software has saved us countless hours of manual data entry.

> **Cons**: The user interface can be a little ambiguous. There are certain fields in the wizard that may not apply to your upload but are required.

> Our business doubled it's sales within a few months. Before that, a large portion of my day was set aside for manual data entry. When the amount of transactions became too much to enter manually, we came across Transaction pro. We are now importing thousands of transactions a month in a fraction of the time. I cannot imagine working in QuickBooks with out it.

> **Pros**: It encompasses everything that I need to utilize and works seemlessly with Quickbooks Online.  I use a majority of functions as there are a very high number of transactions to process and this saves significant time.

> **Cons**: I would like the ability to use the App across all companies opposed to just a QBO entity.

> The company does not have its POS system integrated with QBO and this allows for a seemless entry into QBO.
