The interface is modern and very clear. Many other platforms arent. You can tell that this platform was written by volunteer managers. The developer is also a massive volunteer org and they clearly have put into this what they do. So it makes sense. Custom fields, events, onboarding etc etc, all there and all works. The price is good and you can get started with no issues. There is no steep learning curve. It is what it is out of the box and anyone who uses a a service platform can use it. > > **Cons**: There are some compromises you need to make but they are only small, possibly reflects how the developers do their own volunteer management. You cant add a volunteer, you need them to register themselves. The import tool needs a bit of work. User profiles are also not clear (the extended user profile is a "task" not an extended user profile. No zapier. Little things to get used to. > > Very good. We checked out every tool that was listed on the comparison platforms. Volaby's onboarding process and ease of getting started was the reason we could get started.
