> **Pros**: Ease of use. My team only needed about 2 hours of training before they could start using EventDraw. And these are not tech-savvy people. EventDraw is easy to learn and use. Making plans is quick. Also the EventDraw team are eager to help, teach and they listen to our feedback.

> **Cons**: First setup can be time consuming. This involves importing plans (cad, pdf or whatever is available) and then having EventDraw staff adjusting them to our needs. However I am a perfectionist and our venue is very big and complex. So your experience will be different I'm sure. There are really only minor tweaks that I would like to see in the software itself. And I'm confident most of them will be sorted in upcoming updates.
