> **Pros**: Zavanta software offers an alternative platform for creating documents that are frequently used within your company. As a main user or author, you have a variety of options. For instance, you can add a simple description or summary, contain information in a short bulleted list, add a table, or include a picture to support your text.  You also have the option of personalizing your document by including your company logo or border.

> **Cons**: If you're mostly used to using Google or Microsoft for creating documents, Zavanta may be a challenge at first because it functions differently than mainstream word processing software. Zavanta functions more like a database and breaks items down into simple, individual fields or sections. If you aren't used to overlays or similar layouts, you'll need a dose of patience and persistence to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to create documents in Zavanta.  The upside, however, is Zavanta's strong customer support base. They are available  anytime you have a question or need further assistance. So if you have an independent learning style and are willing to learn a new task, they are available to guide your though the steps needed to complete your task or project.

> I have been using Zavanta for approximately 6+ months. At first, it was challenging, mostly because I was not familiar with overlays and had not used this type of software before.  However, over time, I have gained a variety of new skills due to support from manager, the helpful videos Zavanta offers and the continuous positive feedback from Zavanta's customer support team.
