> **Pros**: This product was easy to use. After logging in, setting up a migration is only a few clicks away. When looking for data migration software, I was concerned about the limited support many other vendors had. CloudM was the obvious choice because it supports many source  environments.

> **Cons**: I don't like that I have to reach out to an account manager to receive licenses, and set up projects to use the product. I would also like to pay directly by credit card. My main issue is not with the product itself, but getting access to the product in a facile manner.

> CloudM has been reliable for my need. I run many email migrations a month with many different source environments. I haven't had a complaint about data quality from my customers.
