> **Pros**: Trinet is very user friendly and easy to navigate. When I first started my new job the onboarding process was fairly straightforward. Navigating their platform since intuitive. I know right where to look for benefits, time off, expenses, etc.

> **Cons**: While the onboarding process was straightforward, the method of choosing health plans and dental plans was more difficult. It allowed you to review everything and select your preferred, but then I had to remember what I selected and deselect at a later stage, making it difficult. There are some things not as clear on the back end too. For example, if you are not assigned an approved for your business expenses, and you submit an expense report, nobody at the company is notified and the report somewhat disappears.

> Overall, I think Trinet is a great fit for smaller companies. It is easy to navigate and user friendly.
