Facilité de l'intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités. S'intégre parfaitement à notre environnement informatique en respectant la charte graphique de notre entreprise. Un suivi régulier même à la fin de lancement.

- Le Bot est efficace, on progresse au fur et à mesure et il est maintenant pertinent
- L'administration basique est vraiment simple(pas besoin d'être formé), l'administration avancé est possible après quelques heures de training.
- Bot intégré dans Google Chat

Ce Bot entre de plus en plus comme centrale dans notre stratégie de support.
