> **Pros**: I've found VICIECM to be a straight forward product that works on established core Software principles. It delivers exactly what the Software is meant to do with mostly easy to use GUI \& options. The product doesn't complicate itself with too many unnecessary options \& do not venture into areas that's outside its core framework \& customer expectations.

> **Cons**: The software needs to improve a bit on the security assignment policies \& management where I've found it to drag a bit once you have accumulated data. The company can also think of integrating an efficient, cost effective OCR into their product.
> 
> Overall It's a wonderful Software for Small \& medium scale operations. Could be useful for large Enterprises too provided their expectations are limited to EDMS. The software has served our purpose of digitazing all our customer documents including PDC's.

> **Pros**: The most usable piece of this software is the ability to depict the physical flow of any job into a system-managed workflow. It doesn't end there, it actually gives your a way to edit and manage these workflows.

> **Cons**: It takes more time to have the technicians trained. Above all, you cannot manage the workflows without the software managers/owners getting involved.
> 
> We use ViciECM to archive old payments using RMS, manage new payment workflows and also replace all physical movement of files using DMS, especially during the COVID 19 period.
