> **Pros**: Over the years, we have tested every ASO tool on the market but we haven’t found a better platform for research, intelligence and reporting. No other ASO platform on the market today is adding new features as quickly as AppTweak. Our team relies heavily on market intelligence data for analysis and reports.

> **Cons**: We would like to see more paid search tools for Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns. Not a deal-breaker but “white-labeled” reporting would be helpful for our enterprise clients.

> We are extremely dissatisfied with AppTweak’s refund policy and customer service. Our subscription was automatically renewed in January, but we have not used the service since the renewal and no longer need it. Despite this, AppTweak has outright refused to prorate the remaining 10 months or offer any refund, which is completely unacceptable.
We expected a fair resolution based on our usage, yet customer support was unhelpful, merely citing company policy without any willingness to find a reasonable solution. This lack of flexibility and disregard for customer concerns is frustrating and unprofessional. Holding on to a significant amount of upfront payment for a service we are not using feels unfair and exploitative. We are extremely disappointed with AppTweak’s approach and would caution others to consider this before subscribing.
