> **Pros**: A great platform to stream live events from. Really nice with the option of activating participants before, during and after the event.
Good and professional user experience
Easy to work in back-end

> **Cons**: “Add event to calendar” function not working in many cases (I checked in DK, Switzerland and Germany, outside and inside NNIT). Bug fix promised, but was not provided in 4 weeks.
Moving images not working on iPhone and Smartphone. A bug fix was not provided within a week.
Editing of the platform site (agenda) very limited. You should at least be able to format text like bolding etc.
Breakout sessions did not work. I was not able to log in before the scheduled end time of the session.
Login with streaming under the registration site during event.
Big problem not to have the opportunity to record the breakout sessions.
Hard to login – got an error every time (had to have TAME do it)
Password reset didn't work
Mainstage broadcast, publically, on the sign-up page isn't ideal, people do not login to the platform then
Event link redirected to sign up page where the live stream of main stage

> **Pros**: Tame is fairly easy to learn, with a streamlined and intuitive interface. It has LOTS of great features for more complex events that need multiple stages, breakout rooms, exhibit "halls," and more.
> 
> **Cons**: Analytics could be more robust, and some features were not fully functional as of early September 2021. Integration with Vimeo could be easier, but not sure if this is a Tame issue or Vimeo issue.
> 
> We used Tame for a virtual event with around 700 attendees. We didn't need the full suite of features, only the main stage and video stream integration, which worked well. Customer support was top notch\!

> **Cons**: Being a relative new software their where to many bugs along the way when designing and setting everything up. And still some features such as being able to send a broadcast message to all online attendees missing.

> Looking forward to follow Tame the following years and experience their updates on bugs and new features they are implementing the following months. Very cost effective and great customer service. But still need some testing and problem solving overall.

> **Cons**: Full of bugs and software crashes. Customer service is impatient or unresponsive.

> Tame has a lot of great features at a reasonable cost; however, the amount of bugs in the system are completely unacceptable. We used this system for our virtual event in August 2020, with over 500 attendees. With limited time to beta test any system wide updates, many modules in the system would randomly be completely down or full of bugs - making the affected section(s) completely unusable for hours or days at a time. When contacting support about these issues, I was met with a lot of impatience or no response. I would highly NOT recommend using the Tame platform for your virtual event.
