> We have been a user of the Mystrata products, Strataware and My Community for the past 5 years in the booming Middle East market of Dubai. We have grown exponentially over the past 3 years and are now the largest independent Community Association Manager in Dubai. Without the ability to process a large volume of units for customer database and service charge/invoice issue, it is unlikely we could have managed our growth successfully. Mystrata has provided us with a seamless platform for integrating existing managed communities and new communities  from a financial perspective and as a communication tool with our community stakeholders. The support is second to none and we have never been stranded without a response or an adequate solution to any problems that may occur from time to time. A highly recommended system.
