They've been great to work with on the customer-service side of things. They are quick to jump on calls. One of the better experiences as I compare to our other vendors.
Pros
We are a very small team on the people and legal side. Deel turns one person into many. The ease of use is critical and important dates don't slip through the cracks. More importantly, it gives us flexibility to meet the unique needs of various departments without anchoring us to one way of doing things.
Cons
The cost per head is somewhat high given the small size of our company. The upfront contract negotiations and set up took a little bit of time.

The team has been incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance whenever I need it. The onboarding experience has made me feel well-prepared and supported, which has really set a positive tone for my start. I’m genuinely looking forward to officially joining the team and contributing to such a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Pros
What I appreciate most about Deel is the positive vibe that comes through, even in a fully remote environment. The people are genuinely welcoming and supportive, making it easy to feel connected from day one. From the interviews to the onboarding process, everything has been well-structured and supported, ensuring I felt prepared and valued at every step. It’s clear that Deel puts effort into creating an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere, which has made starting this remote role such a great experience.
Cons
So far, I haven’t encountered anything I would consider a downside. However, if I ever do face any challenges or issues, I feel confident knowing there’s a supportive team ready to guide me. The strong sense of collaboration and open communication here makes me trust that any potential concerns would be addressed effectively.

Fast, easy and much much more convenient for someone living in a country like Paraguay, where it is hard and expensive to get money from abroad.
Pros
It allows us in Paraguay to get our salary from abroad in a fast and easy way. The transfer happens as in it were a local transfer, that's why it is faster and it also helps save the international transfer fee.
Cons
I only encountered an issue in the beginning, because Deel didn't accept my bank account number due to it being short. After getting help from customer support, I solved the issue by adding zeros to the left of my bank account.
