You can create links to specific reports through UI, but not manually or programmatically (unclear IDs are needed for projects and users). I am not sharing those links too; some time ago, it did not work, and I have not checked lately.

However, from the admin side, I can’t always configure the settings exactly the way I’d like. That said, I don’t fault the tool for this, as I fully understand that it’s impossible to meet every user's specific needs.
