> **Pros**: Integrates with SAPb1 , cheaper option than buying multiple SAP licences, relatively easy to use \& administer

> **Cons**: The fact that there is no budget function , does not sync to budget in SAPb1, no variance analysis to budget . The expenses module is a bit complicated. Reports are not very user friendly

> **Cons**: Cannot amend the transaction after posting . So if there is some amendment, I need to delete the whole transaction and do again , and the deleted transaction will be shown debit and credit in the GL report , making the report a bit messy.
