> **Pros**: TurboTenant has made our foray into landlording exceptionally easy. I have state-specific leases with e-signatures ready to go. I can easily have potential renters apply online, do a background check, and say Yes to them - with LITERALLY a click of a button. And then when I started using TurboTenant for monthly payments - omg so so easy. And it's easy on my tenants as well.

> **Cons**: If I had any issues (these are so tiny that I don't worry about them) I would say: 
- I have had a tenant get confused and pay by credit card without realizing that there was a fee for a CC. She was not very tech savvy so it took a few tries to get her to understand how to set up her bank for an ACH payment. 
- Sometimes I wish that it wouldn't take 3-4 days for the money to hit my account after it is sent by my tenants. But whatever, everything else is so easy, I'm OK with it.
