> **Pros**: Ability to brand, history of client contact, fast connections without codes, file transfers, fair pricing. Ability to pay monthly compared to one lump sum.

> **Cons**: Absolutely hate that we can not see the users mouse during sessions
It doesn't fully function as a team site, each account only shows your own connections. Posting notes or history of contact regarding sessions is not able to be seen by other members of our team.  No address book

> Customer service has been fast to respond.  Set up was quick and easy.  Connections are quickly made and it is easy for new users, who we are helping, understand how to use the program.
