> **Pros**: The ease of the application. Dock is helpful to upload feedback,documents, and changes. However, in our kickoff call they didn't mention dock. I had to ask about it, as I was trying to remember how we did it from the previous year.

> **Cons**: That each of the scholarships have to be under the same program on the drop down. Having those seperated would make for a better experience in my opionion, but the product overall is pretty nice.

> The team could have been more helpful during our calls; though some of us had used the platform before, there was no helpful guidance, leaving the team to figure it out by ourselves.  \[sensitive content hidden\] was the most helpful on the team. But when giving out edits, I clearly outlined (this text here) - directional text, but that text was applied to the application when it was just for their team to understand and make sure we were on the same page. The same things that If they read if they would have understood. It just made more work and frustration for my team.

> **Pros**: User Friendly.  Most stuff is at our fingertips.  The application process has been easy for recipients.  Our advisory committee loves the review process - it guides them through the application and scoring section, side by side.

> **Cons**: Seems like grant recipients struggle with uploading documents on the grant acceptance form.  Most of them have a jpg document and it only accepts pdf.

The customer support is top notch. The team is an email or quick phone away from solving an issue. They are collaborative and open to feedback. They are also eager to implement changes and improve the overall product.

> **Cons**: It has taken some time for RQ's software to catch up in terms of look and feel and other features CRMs typically display.

> RQ has been amazing to work with. It has been an incredible experience to ideate and built new applications. I appreciate that my feedback is always welcomed to help improve the product. > **Cons**: Applicant email addresses are not verified when creating their account. So occasionally applicants are not receiving our email notifications because they mispelled when creating their account.

They are also not able to see the status of their application. It would be nice for the tag to be optional for viewing.
