NZ product :-) We signed up when they were only doing NZ, which was all we needed then. Since then they have added a bucket load of new features which means we can also use this for US-based clients using CiviCRM
Cons
We had to build the integration for this to work with CiviCRM but that is not a complaint - just a fact of life.

Nothing as it doesn`t work, no one at addressfinder knows anything about the installation in a magento site
Cons
My developer tried to install the international addressfinder in my magento store, he couldn`t get it to work and addressfinder told him they can`t help. What sort of company has zero support for their product. addressfinder thats who.

I completely understand your concerns. After reviewing our responses, I can confirm that the support you received fell short. Our service currently lacks support for international addresses within Magento, and I apologise for the incorrect information you were given.
We’ve taken your feedback seriously and will use it as a learning opportunity. I can also confirm that we’ll be prioritising development to enhance our Magento plugin with international datasets.
To clarify things:
- The Addressfinder plugin for Magento is currently limited to only use NZ and AU address data.
- It’s in our pipeline for next year to improve this plugin and include international address data.
