I do not need to use the tool anymore, however you do not get notified that the contract will be renewed. I just received an email with the invoice that my two year contract is automatically renewed. I reached out to the support centre however you receive an email that I should have checked the customer portal or when signing the contract. They can communicate with you when they can earn money, but they cannot communicate like a professional company to provide their customers a heads up.
