> I am using this software for my regular day to day accounting and auditing needs. So far it is good because I have adopted myself with this software. Best part is I can create a separate login credentials for my auditor and he can view it temporarily all my transactions and post the amendments, if necessary, instantly.

> **Pros**: NOTHING.starting from sales , customer care \& problem solving they are worst, they dont have a dedicated customer support with whom v can talk directly, we need to raise a ticket then they would call after 2-3 hrs

> **Cons**: no proper customer care, we need to explain every time the same issue for each and every one who calls , But they don't solve the issues.
> 
> using since 10 months, for each report to complete it takes min 1 min to save, which is very frustating. they dont care to call back even after raising the ticket, no proper customer care, wast of money \& time, i suggest not to go for it .
