I'd say it is fairly straightforward to use, but since most people who use it do the same steps repeatedly, you're going to learn your way around your part of it fairly quickly. I like that you can add messages to either the whole project or just a task. You can also create templates for the things you do over and over again, including ones with steps that are automatically assigned after the previous step is finished. There's also multiple ways to view your assigned tasks. > > **Cons**: There really aren't any daily frustrations, which is nice. :) I would add that I don't think I use it to its full potential - it's sort of like a big rambling building where you only know your section of it. > > We've been using it for years, and it works fine. The company has tried to improve its customizability over the years, although fortunately they don't redesign the whole darn thing every time there's an update.
