Lack of control over star ratings.
So simple can be misleading/confusing for customer. 
Unforgiving when a customer makes a mistake.
Free trial takes up the entire onboarding process without getting to send out any invitations so you will not get anything for free and will be locked into your year contract before you get any results.

> Since having some issues with how the star rating system was being perceived by our customer base, Lipscore has worked with us to provide great customer service. They've added a feature for our invites to get clients to confirm their ratings as to not have as many low star ratings done as a mistake thinking they are good ratings. 
Works, but can lead to false negative reviews if the customer does not read properly or understand the "Star" rating system (Sounds ridiculous I know, but it'll happen more than you think).
Their method does get a lot of reviews and stars in a quick amount of time. Gives you great feedback on your products and how they are enjoyed by your customer base. Very responsive staff to their customer's needs.
