About Ennov Doc

Ennov Doc is a web-based enterprise document management software (EDMS) that helps businesses across healthcare, chemical, pharmaceutical, and various other industries consolidate, manage, and track documents in a centralized repository.

The metadata-based document model enables users to search, locate, and access files while ensuring compliance with the regulatory standard of FDA 21 CFR. Ennov Doc includes a PDF Viewer, which ensures security by granting read-only access to viewers. With its archival feature, employees can preserve and retrieve documents for later use. It also offers a variety of other features such as worklist dashboard, workflow configuration, full-text search, periodic review, expiration tracking, automated email notifications, and more.

Ennov Doc offers integration with third-party platforms Microsoft Office 365 and Google Drive, which helps users collaborate and share documents. It lets team members manage the document lifecycle, define access rights, automate PDF rendering and tags, and utilize documents in different formats.

Pros

We use Ennov Doc since 2003. Last Ennov 7 has improved all the functions and introduced innovations : home dashboard, new navigator, full text search, multiple windows...
Ennov is a smart knowledge management tool !

Cons

All the function I need are working perfectly. They are some ergonomics and functions to improve to touch perfection.

I used ENNOV DOC for a long time now (since 2009) through two companies.

Pros

1/ The user friendly approach, especially in the V7/V8 version. 2/ Also the fact that Entity administrator do not need to have IT knowledge. You can manage the solution if you are from RA, QA, SUPPLY or whatever.3/ The ENNOV team reactivity (support desk but also project manager) 4/ Finally the best pros for me is that all the ENNOV solutions (DOC, DOSSIER, PROCESS, RIM..) are linked and connected, allowing incredible possibilities.

Cons

Cause the entire solution is a web based solution, we can meet some trouble with software latence or connection issue . But it is now quite rare with new version.

Pros

Save time to share documents
and have the doc signed by the amount of person how have to signed it.

Cons

complicate to get new documents in Ennov.
Not easy to find the way and steps after a few weeks.
