It has great features for a good price that I had to pay more with other platforms. It is easy to book appointments, manage them, and stay organized with various appointments (such as couples vs. individuals). It is also easy for me to keep up with all of my client's information and send them documents through the portal. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the various templates that are already uploaded to CP\! I am about to transition into private practice and will be using CarePatron. I don't use all of the features just yet because for my job you don't have to, but I look forward to learning and exploring more\! I have not used the customer support yet, but when I read reviews on Reddit, everyone had positive things to say about it. > > **Cons**: For one of the practices I work for, we have had a few bugs. Either the cameras would not connect (and it was not because of our camera or internet) or it would seem like me and a client were waiting on each other to log in (although we were both actually logged in). There has also been an issue with some of my client's not being able to receive emails to create a portal. However, the pros for me still outweigh the cons. Multiple times, i have been in the telehealth room and so have my clients and yet we are not connected. I know some of this might be the internet’s fault, but it seems like i have to find alternative meeting method often (a couple times a week) bc carepatron video chat is glitching or not connecting properly. This is the most frustrating bc then I have to waste a lot of time rebooting or trouble shooting and then we just end up moving over to google meet or having a phone call. The templates you can make have a limited ability to format and edit (so does not look as finely tuned as a pdf).
