We have a high level of product turnover and multiple gallery relationships to track and Primer's functions have everything we need (and more\!) to make sure we record and manage every consignment and sale clearly and accurately. The software has been easy to use for the less technological adept in our team as well as sophisticated users, and the support team have been consistently helpful, responsive and flexible, especially throughout our onboarding process.
