One of the best App for School Management!

Pros
Indeed, it's an app - all in one that makes school administration very easy and the communication with parents amazing. What I like the most is the Billing and Payment Module, it makes soo easy to calculate, issue, and invoice and to keep track of all payments and debts. Of course, I would love to mention the Technical Supporting Team - always, but always ready to help and to come up with a solution. Students database and teachers is well structured.
Cons
I would love to have a check-in/out for Teachers. For the time we have been using this app, I found this feature that is what's missing. Also, add more details for the teachers, such as birthdays so we will have them on the newsfeed as events and other minor changes.

Once you get used with all the functionalities (approximately 2 or 3 months) of the platform, everything is flawless. It takes a massive time to populate the system with all the data, BUT, after that, all the necessary information is at one click distance.
Pros
Messaging sistem.The way how the families are managed (comprehensive details about everything).Easy to use the billing process. Very intuitive process of child registration, tarif management and following process of payments.
Cons
Institution management - improving the data/ information displayed related to the staff (date of entrance in the institution, teacher progress, class movements, etc).Billing&payments - lack of functionality related to automatic notifications to the management regarding the expiring period of the contract, expiring the tarif plan allocated to the child.Billing&payments - necessity in implementing a filter into the "Contracts reports", that can filter the active contracts by companies (there are situations in witch the current activity is separated onto 2 or more companies).

Best app for daycare communication

Pros
Best thing is the live feed of the child progress each day at any given moment, easy tracking of activities for teachers, the clear reports.
Cons
Cost was an issue in the beginning, the daycare wasn't able to offer it for free to all students so parents were asked to contribute, some were reluctant but after seeing what it offers, how safe they feel using it and getting so much live feed from the kids activities, they were ok with paying for it !

Pros
This software makes our professional life much easier. We love to get quick reports about children, teachers, financial matters and so on. The Gradebook and posibility to communicate with parents on one single platform makes this software so much valuable.
Cons
We often share ideas about features which could be improved on the platform. Many times they record our request, but seldom we see the actual improvement. Sure they improve other aspects, but they do not prioritise our specific needs to be improved.
