> **Pros**: Althea's  ease of use and simplicity of  all a  software with so many functions is rare.    Additionally, having the ability to customize it was a game changer.     Our needs were very custom, much like other customers I am sure,  and software "out of the box"  was not going to fit with our unique needs.    So the pros of this software go hand in hand with a professional team that understands the needs of business.    Highly capable software and highly capable staff is a recipe for a successful implementation and business optimization.     Althea hit the mark.

> **Cons**: All and all the software is great.   There are only a few UI functions that could be improved upon.

> The staff and software are top notch.   The two together have helped us integrate our inventory management, customer management and order management in less than 3 months.   The team designed Althea specifically for our exact business needs and at a cost that is affordable to any small business.    This level of sophistication has taken a lot of stress out of our business and reduced  our costs far beyond on Althea's price.    We have only just started to enjoy the efficiency gains which again will far outweigh the price. > **Pros**: The ease of entering new inventory using a upc lookup addon we requested.  The product also captures all of our sales and customer information from orders received on 3rd party marketplace sites.

> **Cons**: Althea is handling the multiple integration points to 3rd party platforms, our proprietary website and other systems so there are no real issues or concerns on our end.

> As a liquidation business, we carry a very large catalog of inventory.   We approached Althea with various inventory and distribution problems we were encountering.   We reviewed the issues with the Program Manager and she consistently found solutions for us.   We were so impressed with Althea’s products and teams that we outsourced all of the Shopify and SellBrite implementation and integration work to Althea.   Working with them has brought our ecommerce business to the next level.

> **Cons**: I think Althea has come long way now. Initially when we used Althea ( then hyderdrive ) it was windows based and it was then difficult for us to us it on any other devices . But within few months they were able to launch their apps and it was so easy for us to use it across devices .

> Simplydesi is an event based mobile food business and we were mainly doing Sammamish farmers market in 2018 -19 and annual events around Eastside areas like Redmond Derby days, Seattle Street food , Bellevue 4th July , Salmon day.  In 2018 we had to do most of work manually in terms of taking and tracking orders. But using Althea resolved all our issues . We were able to take orders using the app, track all our orders , maintain product inventory and record all transaction. This increased our efficiency multifold and help us grow as business.
