Go paperless - complete all equipment inspections digitally and remove the need to have paperwork handed in or the risk of paperwork going missing. It also allows management to see results in real-time.

Use QR codes to instantly access the checklist assigned to that asset. Simply stick the code to the asset and register it so the next time it is scanned it is good to go. No more uncertainty or confusion and the asset can be assigned to specific competent personnel to complete the checks.

Total flexibility on the set-up of your inspections. You can choose who you want to complete the inspections and how often. This can vary from once a year to several times a day - depending upon the equipment in question. Despite a wide range of pre-installed checklists to choose from, you can also create your own from scratch.

Affordable solution - the TakeAIM app does not charge per user or per month. You simply order the number of credits you require and these are shared across all of your registered users and assets. Each time a checklist is completed the number of credits counts down so you only pay for what you use (with no time limit to use the credits). 

Peace of mind - the checklists are comprehensive and include guidance notes to remind inspectors what they should be looking for. Management can also see how long each step of the checklist takes - this identifies any individual simply ticking boxes rather than carrying out the inspection in detail.
